SoftOne Technologies S.A, a leading company in Software Development and IT services, is looking for a Support Consultant to join Support Services Team. The candidate will be responsible for:


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner and customer support via telephone / email / e-ticket
  • Research and reproduce customer issues and provide solutions within a certain time frame
  • Follow up on customers issues resolution
  • Training of Customers and Partners on Soft1 products through webinars and/or live training sessions


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field
  • 2+ working experience in similar position in IT Industry
  • Very good knowledge of ERP software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer – oriented skills
  • Very good command of English language
