Technical Support Consultant – TSC_03.2019

SoftOne Technologies S.A, a leading company in Software Development and IT services, is looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join Support Services Team. The candidate will be responsible for:


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner and customer technical support via telephone / email / e-ticket
  • Follow up on customers issues resolution
  • Training of Customers and Partners on Soft1 customization tools
  • Training of internships’ teams
  • Writing of manuals and update training materials
  • Support of Partners certification exams


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Knowledge of SQL Server Databases
  • Knowledge of programming
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer – oriented skills
  • Very good command of English language
  • Knowledge of ERP software is desirable
